Novatr (formerly Oneistox) is a Y Combinator-backed AEC-tech startup that empowers professionals to upskill in cutting-edge technologies shaping the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. Through industry-relevant programs in BIM, computational design, AI in design, and more, Novatr blends expert mentorship with hands-on projects to equip learners for future-ready careers in AEC.

Roles & Responsibilities

I joined Novatr as a Senior Program Consultant in the sales team, with two key focus areas. First, I consulted students, architecture professionals, and firm owners on the strategic adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM), demonstrating how it could enhance workflow efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project outcomes. Second, I collaborated closely with users and industry experts to gather insights into their evolving needs, working with cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives.

I joined Novatr as a Senior Program Consultant in the sales team with two key focus areas. Second, I engaged closely with users and industry experts to gather insights on their evolving needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform and support product development initiatives.

Since joining Novatr in January 2024, I contributed $175,000 in individual booked revenue within nine months, becoming one of the top-performing members of the team. This performance led to a new role as Growth Team Lead, where I was responsible for launching and scaling a new product— the AI in Interior Design Program. In this role, I led a team of five, developed the go-to-market strategy, drove user acquisition and adoption, and collaborated cross-functionally to align the product with market and user needs.
