Overview

My journey into Product Strategy and Growth began with focused, consultative engagement, where I learned the critical importance of translating user feedback directly into product iteration and design improvements. This foundational work quickly evolved into recognizing the need for scale.

I then shifted to building robust systems that automated outreach and communications, achieving both maximum efficiency and broader user reach.

This duality of moving from deep, one-on-one customer interaction to developing strategic scaling systems, taught me how to systematically communicate true product value across diverse environments and maximize adoption.

Chapter 1 | Novatr

Novatr (formerly Oneistox) is a Y-Combinator backed, AEC Ed-Tech startup offering online professional programs and mentorship in BIM, Computational Design, AI in Design, and other emerging technologies in AEC.

The Process

BIM for Architects - Individual Contributor
As a Learning Consultant, my role was to guide architecture professionals and students to upskill in BIM & Computational Design for enhanced career and project performance

I joined Novatr as a Senior Program Consultant in the sales team with two key focus areas. First, I consulted architecture professionals and firm owners on how integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) into their workflows could significantly improve efficiency and project outcomes. Second, I engaged closely with users and industry experts to gather insights on their evolving needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform and support product development initiatives.

Key Metrics | Consultation Calls with Professionals for BIM Adoption

Since joining Novatr in January 2024, I contributed $175,000 in individual booked revenue within nine months, becoming one of the top-performing members of the team.

This performance led to a new role as Growth Team Lead, where I was responsible for launching and scaling a new product, Advance Interior Design with AI

I led product research on emerging AI tools, coordinated cross-functional teams to define product–market fit and GTM strategy, and managed a team of five to craft the value proposition and pitch.

This performance led to a new role as Growth Team Lead, where I was responsible for launching and scaling a new product— the AI in Interior Design Program. In this role, I led a team of five, developed the go-to-market strategy, drove user acquisition and adoption, and collaborated cross-functionally to align the product with market and user needs.

Bridging the Gap: From Building to Adoption

I have come to believe that a design is only as successful as a user’s ability to see its value. My background in architecture gave me the skills to build, but my work in product strategy gave me the perspective to listen.

At Novatr and xFigura, I spent my time talking with hundreds of architects, learning about the frustrations they face every day. This taught me how to take complex AI technology and explain it in a way that feels clear, helpful, and relevant to a professional’s actual work.


This phase of my journey wasn't a detour, but it was a lesson in empathy. It taught me that to be a better design engineer, I must be able to communicate the why behind a tool just as well as the how. I now build with a deeper understanding of how to make technology accessible and useful for the people it is meant to serve.
